We hope that you love your purchase from Noise Store. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have the option to return or exchange your items. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and follows Belgian consumer law, ensuring a smooth process for you.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@noise-store.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
All accessories, tags, and any included documentation must also be returned.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
The following items may be excluded from the right of return due to hygiene or safety reasons: custom-made items, lingerie, socks and swimwear.
Parcels for which the customer can not be identified (name, last name, address, and order number) can will be refused.
Return Costs
The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will then check if the item meets the return conditions.
Refund Timing:
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that any refunds will be for the value of the returned items only and will not include the original shipping costs, unless the return was due to an error on our end.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@noise-store.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if necessary. After reviewing your request, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
