General Shipping Policy

At Noise Store, we partner with DHL to provide reliable and efficient shipping both within Belgium and internationally.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review the shipping details below to understand our policies, costs, and delivery times.


Shipping in Belgium and Internationally

We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations through DHL.

Delivery Time:

Belgium: Orders within Belgium are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

Europe: Orders to European countries are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Rest of the World: For other international destinations, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.


Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, and any unexpected delays.

Shipping Costs:

EU-countries: A flat rate of € 20 will apply for packages under 2.5 kg.

International: Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout. You will be informed of the total shipping cost before completing your order.


Customs and Import Duties (International Orders):

Shipments outside the European Union are shipped DDU - customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges. If you choose to return an item, any such fees and duties will not be refunded.

Refund Deductions: If any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are charged to Noise Store upon return of the product, the amount shall be deducted from your refund.



Order tracking and notifications:

All shipments are trackable. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your delivery through the DHL website.


Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that a package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@noise-store.com with your order number. We will work with DHL to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that delays caused by customs, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.Noise Store cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.
